HBCULR is currently taking submissions for its debut web issue, scheduled for publication in Fall, 2008.  Our first yearly print issue will appear in Spring, 2009. 

We're looking for the best fiction, poetry, creative non-fiction, short plays, and black and white art from the HBCU community.
